To print a page using Internet Explorer:

  1. Right click on the link to the page you want to print, that should bring up a list of options.
  2. Click on "Open in New Window". The page you're wanting should now appear in a new browser window.
  3. You could now just click the printer icon if it is in your browser, or <ctrl>P.
  4. BUT if you want to be sure how the page is going to print: In the upper left corner of the browser, click on the drop down menu "File".
  5. Click on "Print Preview..." A new window should appear which shows what the page will look like printed. If the page slightly overlaps onto a second page you can adjust the margins by clicking on the little gear icon next to the "Print..." button. Sometimes I have reduced the upper and lower margins to 0.2" to get it all on one page. You also probably have to turn off the header and footer lines. Once you are satisfied, click the "Print..." button.
